I married my best friend on Saturday :) We had a perfect day, everything was wonderful, and we are so happy. A little tired and stressed because we're trying to move this week, but otherwise just happy :) We leave on Friday for our Meditteranean cruise honeymoon!! I can't wait for the honeymoon, and the rest of our lives together.

I'm getting marrried in 39....wait....what!?!? 39 days!! That's. In. Sane. I'm so ready for everything to be over, though. I'm really excited for the big day, not so excited for all the little days leading up to it. I'm trying to take it one day at a time. Whew.
I'm probably more excited for Europe!!! in 46 days. SO ready to be back in the Mediterranean.
Dan and I get our new place on July 1st. There is a lot happening in the next couple of months!
Sidenote: I finished reading My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult. Holy moly twist ending! Waiting for the film to be released later this month. I'm now on to Julie and Julia by Julie Powell. This book is also being made into a movie. Meryl Streep as Julia Child, can't wait!!
Wedding planning...work...wedding planning...cleaning my house...wedding planning...work....this is my life. And I'm tired of it. I'm ready to go to Europe for the honeymoon and forget the wedding spectacle.

So it's been way too long since I've used Vox. I created a myspace page again so I've used that, and I'm interested in using wordpress. But since vox is already here, I'll use what I've got! Here's a rundown of stuff that has happened since -- gasp! -- May 28.
1. Europe was amazing. Both trips.
2. New job is going well.
3. There's a new man in my life named Marley....he's my Shorkie puppy!
4. Wedding plans are underway.
5. I love my new condo with Natalie and Charity.
6. I'm planning a trip to Spain!
7. I'm a nerd when it comes to social media.
So that's a quick and dirty wrap-up of stuff thus far. Today I'm planning on taking Marley to the groomer. Love to all!
1. It's my last week at my internship. This is good and bad. Good because I really need a little break. Bad because I'll really miss working with everyone and really really miss a paycheck.
2. I can't tear my eyes away from trashy reality television! Most of them are like watching a train derail and crash into a mountainside and I can't get enough!!! Shows on which I frequently fizzle away my brain cells: The Hills. America's Next Top Model. I Love New York 2. A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila. What Not To Wear. Fashionably Late with Stacy London. Project Runway. Tim Gunn's Guide to Style. The last two have at least a little merit. And Stacy London just rules.
3. Have you SEEN Fashionably Late? It's amazing.
4. I feel better about watching trashy TV by listening to NPR.
5. My mom didn't know what NPR was. What!?
6. It's National Public Radio, for those of you still in the dark. It's ok. No one reads my blog anyway.
7. It's holiday time and I have a part-time job in retail. Whose idea was THAT!?
8. I'm pretty sure my sinus infection turned into bronchitis. Woot.
9. Astronomy class is REALLY boring and rather interesting at the same time. How is that possible!?
10. I LOVE my RCIA sponsor. She's basically me in 25 years.
11. Mom and dad are coming to see me next weekend. It's adoption day on the 10th!
12. Happy 22nd birthday tomorrow, Rachel!! I miss you!!
13. Graduation is only 5 months and 2 weeks away. Weird!
14. That means that Europe is only 5 months, 2 weeks and 4 days away!
15. Less than a month to caucus + living in Des Moines = New York Times article, LA Times article, further political apathy.
16. Be good to yourselves and those around you. You never know when you'll need help:)
